Mortgage Loan Checklist
Our mortgage experts make it easy, and they’re here for you every step of the way. For your convenience, we’ve provided you with the following checklist of information you’ll need to apply for a mortgage loan:
For a home purchase or for refinancing your home, you’ll need:
- Current mortgage information, copy of property tax bill and homeowners’ insurance.
- If currently renting your home, bring the name, address and phone number of your landlord.
- Employment Information: Name, address and phone number of all employers for the past 2 years (for both borrower and co-borrower)
- Income Information for past two years: W-2 or 1099 forms, income tax returns for self-employed or commissioned along with year-to-date profit & loss statement, last 30 days of pay stubs
- Assets: Bank statements for past two months on all checking, savings, and investment accounts
- Current Liabilities: List of liabilities including current balance(s) and minimum monthly payment(s)
- If you are purchasing a home, you’ll need the sales contract with original signatures.
